I've bought propellers from RCTimer (http://www.rctimer.com/product_638.html). There are 12 pairs of CW and CCW propellers. On half of them there is an adittional label "R". Does this stand for "reversed" (CCW)? I couldn't find an answer anywhere which is really frustrating.

yes ...reverse
Usually...(I say that with caution)..the label/markings are on the 'front' side of the prop. 'Front' indicating the direction of movement the prop will take when rotated as designed.
THIS article mentions the 'R' you noticed on your props. It calls one prop 'normal' and the other 'reverse'.
CCW (R) props run on CCW (as seen from the front) rotating motors. CW props run on CW rotating motors.

Well, it either means "reverse" (ccw) OR "right" (cw) LOL! That is pretty ambiguous... Just forget the label and look at the prop.
