Can anyone tell me what the number format is in the ATT: Roll,Pitch, and Yaw fields in the APM log files. I am assuming that the number should be divided by 100 but I am not sure about this. Any help?

From looking a bit at the ArduPilot code, I'd say your assumption is true.
