It says it's available but it won't add to shopping cart because it says the 1-pin header is no longer available. Is this just a bug in the order process or is it intentional to hold up orders over a 1-pin header?

I was able to place a pre-order just a little bit ago
The reason I ask is because it used to have a message that said “Availability:: Currently Unavailable” but today the message changed to say “Availability:: Usually Ships in 12 weeks”.
And when I try to order, it now says a 1-pin header is holding up the order rather than the APM 2 itself – here is the error message:
This item has not been added to your cart. The following kit item currently has no available stock: 1x01 Pin Header
I’m just wondering if they really intended to allow pre-ordering and this header is the only other thing missing from stock right now? Or is it just a matter of how the page got updated last night and nothing has really changed as far as pre-orders?
