Strange Motor Behaviour on ArduCopter (Quad)

My Quad flies well, I don't have a specific problem with it, does the mission properly, flies good, everything seems good. But when I watch the flight data live time in APM mission planner, I see some aggressive behaviour like it goes down and up or right and left, it is not stabilized in flight time.

Also when I hear it's motors sound, it sounds like:

FULLPOWER, [half second silence], FULLPOWER, [half second silence], etc.

I think it's sound isn't unique, it sounds like it works, stops, works, stops, etc. but in very very short time, like 500nsec.

Also in auto mode, when I put land command, sometimes it lands well on ground, sometimes it just lands and shut downs itself 3 meters or more above ground.

All of the above occur in Auto pilot mode, no any shake, aggressive flight, etc. in stabilize mode, when I control it, it just flies very well.

What do you think overally? Do you think all of the above is normal?
