Today hexacopter crash

Today I make first flying test on HAL hexacopter. In stabilize mode everything is OK but ALThold and loiter mode dont work. I analyzed telemetry log and throttle is average on 70 %. It can be reason ? I have two 3s 4000mAh and  NTM 2836 750 KV motors, 12x4.5 props.

there is video

First having to use 70% throttle to maintain altitude is not good. It does not leave you much room on the upper end of your throttle. You need to lighten the weight on your copter. I'm guessing when you try altitude hold or loiter your copter falls? You need to make altitude hold work before trying loiter or auto. They both use altitude hold as a bases to function. To fix altitude hold you need to change THR-MID parameter to match your throttle position for altitude hold. You should check the wiki manual, it's actually pretty good.
    • Richard, thanks a lot for your reply. I choose another solution. I ordered 4s batteries instead of 3s what i use now. I think that will be better for throttle range. Maybe. What you think about it? When i tested althold mode hexacopter slowly climb up without limits.
      Best regards

Ya, 4S battery should help give you more power. Good luck.
        • Thanks. After testing let you kow.
