IS anyone else out ther using one of these?

I would be really interested any PID adjustments that have been made to fly this frame. Also if anyone has pictures of there setup, please post them.

  • Ive flown it quite a few times, you  should really order at least 2 extra sets of landing skids though (or use the metal ones they offer instead) because until you get good with it, they break easy. Other then that I love it! I actually ordered 2 so id have a backup.....but it's proved indestructible! Today I thought it was toast! but no damage! I did drill a hole for the antenna, and made a stack to mount the  APM and electronics.

Ill have to post some pics. I actually ordered the legs to mount on the motor mounts, but my camera would have hit the ground so I made some legs that mount on the outside so it doesnt have to land on the skids. It kept tipping over and breaking blades too. not a design flaw mind you, Im just not a good enough pilot to 1. not land too hard and break them, and 2. tip it over when taking off/landing.

ITs the best frame Ive ever used actually! That dome protects all the electronics. even my ESC's are under it, with wires to the motor routed through the tubes.

  • I just ordered one that i am waiting to arrive soon. once arrived i will fit my APM 2 and we start from there. in fact i like to excahnge some ideas together. Have you managed to fly it yet?. any success?
