I have installed my Pixhawk in my Nitro/Glow powered plane. I have all the control surfaces working correctly. I have a few questions when it comes to throttle control. I would like to have manual control of my throttle at all times. I have hooked that servo up directly to my receiver so the Pixhawk can never control it. Here are my questions:
- I plan only flying in Manual, FBWA, and Stabilize. I basically have the Pixhawk there to keep the plane level and stable. I plan on doing no guided missions with this plane.
- When I bring the throttle up in FBWA mode the elevator goes up slightly the more I raise the throttle. Is this normal? The Pixhawk still knows what the throttle level is since I have SBUS from my receiver the Pixhawk even though the servo is hooked to the receiver.
Thanks.

This is normal. My electro plane does the same but very, very little.
See STAB_PITCH_DOWN. It controls this action.
