Hi all,
I wonder what your opinions are on this vibe graph? Strangely it's at -10, but deviation seems to be 1-2 points in maneuvering flight. What would be a good result?
Setup is:
Quadframe with 21.5mm arms
MN3508-29 (380kv) motors + 14.50 CF props
APM2.5+, suspended on 2 moongel pads, which are mounted on a fibre board, which is mounted to the chassis with rubber elevators
Spektrum reciever and 3DR radios...all moongelled as well.
2 x 4000mAh (not moongelled!)
Weight: 3kg
** PROPS ARE UNBALANCED! ** (still waiting for my dubro to arrive)
Will balancing make a big difference here...? I'm doing it anyway, regardless.
I'm also toying with reconfiguring the moongel to put double corner stacks on, which seems to be recommended.
Visually, the flight looks ok, and loiter / alt hold are very good, on near standard settings.

Attached is my graph, worse than the above, but within acceptable limits on a 330 DJI Clone??
Prop balancing not yet completed...

That offset is normal, when the airframe is at rest and the arms are horizontal you should see that the Z accelerometer is measuring the local gravitational acceleration of about 9.81 meters per second squared. Deviations from that value will indicate the vibrational accelerations you are trying to measure.
