Hello, I finished my arducopter kit and configured it to be in the + configuration. However It will not fly right without being set up as a X quadrocopter. Anyone having this problem?

The problem was solved for me by reseting and uploading firmware again. I successfuly fly my quad in X configuration (and it's really made as X) for a few days.
I had the same problem, too. But it appears accidently. My ArduCopter is actually in X configuration, so I set X in CLI. However, it wasn't controlled correct while I holding it in my hands and moving rc sticks. I changed frame configuration to + and it became to work correctly. But after a few resets it became controllable incorrect again. Then I changed frame mode to X. It became controllable correct. That's very strange... It seems + and X are really mixed.
You can actually fly it in the wrong mode? Sounds like you have a hardware configuration issue. Please walk through the setup steps and find the one you missed.
