Xbee Pro 900

Hello all,I need some help, my Xbee stopped working and the just one red LED is on, as in the photo.Did I blow my Xbee, or Xbee adapter kit?I may have connected the cable ftdi reversed.Does anybody can help me?ThanksGerber

    Thanks for helping friends,

    Reinstall it firmiware of Xbee and it seems this operation.
    Now the light to turn green again, but still can not read or write waipoints to Ardupilot, it always returns than this.

    This happens pretty often. You just need to restore the Xbee to its default settings and reload the firmware. Instructions are here.

    use the X-CTU to reflash ur xbee...
    dun worry, xbee doesn't fried easily

    Gerber,

    You may have just killed the Adafruit board and not the Xbee. Do you have a spare Adafruit board or a Sparkfun Explorer board that you can test the Xbee with to see if it will respond?

    I connected my ftdi cable wrong once to my ardupilot board and this caused it to malfunction temporarily. After unpluging it, re-booting to re-load the drivers and re-connecting to the usb connection everything was back to normal for me.

    I don't think you can blow your xbee or adaptor kit by reversing the ftdi cable.
    Check the solder connections on your adaptor kit.
