In mission planner i am able to right click and save a mission. where is this functionality in Andropilot? i didnt seem to find it as i remember? thanks in advance

Yes. Andropilot supports _loading_ waypoint files (just use an android filesystem browser or open the file from the web). At the current time it doesn't have a menu entry to save waypoint files. It would be easy to add, but it hasn't been a priority because MP can save them and the WPts happily will live in the vehicle. Someday though...
Thank you both for the suggestion, i have already saved missions in MP but thought i was just missing the a menu in Andropilot. I'll use this work around but i do hope that gets into a version of andro pilot soon

You could always create a mission in Andropilot, load it to the APM, then later, read the waypoints back into MP and save that. Maybe that will work?
