Need a bit of help! Radio not calibrating APM 1

I guess it's my turn to have a problem with my radio. I just received a new 2560 and am getting around to using it. Everything seems to work other than the radio input not getting into the APM. It passes threw just fine to the servos but no response from the autopilot.

I have gone threw the troubleshooting in the wiki and I can't believe I can't find the problem. I'm using a 9x and I've tried AP and AC code.

 

It's prob a duh problem but I don't have a second pair of eye's here to see the problem.

    Hey Monroe, what do you mean, "It passes threw just fine to the servos but no response from the autopilot."?  Could be a bad encoder.  Did you try re-programming it?
