New to boats looking for a hull suggestion
Hello allI have played around with fixed-wing drones before but am new to boats. I am looking to build a simple boat for the purpose of inspecting a heavily timbered section of river that it is hard to get a manned boat into and am looking for some suggestions on where to start. I don't need a sounder or overly accurate GPS (but both would be good to have). I would really like a high-resolution camera in a dome housing or similar that I could control and take photos with. Hi Everyone, I am reading up on mission planner commands and it is saying that "Loiter" is not functional in APM "Rover". Is this correct?

apparently, when i simulate rc loss by switching off my transmitter, my throttle goes maximum. fs_action is set to HOLD. dont know whats wrong

Richard, On the full parameter list change FS_ACTION. The options are described there I believe.

@OwlPic - I'm testing re making EKF2 the default for Rover/Boat and this will resolve the "boat arming" issue. I am targeting the next release for this.

Looks like OpenROV has been bitten by the RTR ROV bug.

Anyone using Pixhawk APM stack on a boat. Found it impossible to arm because the Pixhawk must be held very still for a few seconds before it will allow arming.
