Good, I connected the APM 2.6 to the battery and followed the ESC calibration, but at the end the motors don't turn and it seems that the board does not get armed.
When the APM is connected to PC, I see the transmitter is connected to receiver.

most probably you need to complete all the other calibrations before arming. Compass calibration, radio calibration, etc...
Without the apm calibrated, it'll throw errors before arming, preventing it to... arm.
Connect yout apm to mission planner, go to Initial Setup and perform all calibrations listed there, specially those marked as Mandatory.

How Important is the 3DR power? I don't have that one.
It powers the APM, that important.
I guess you MUST read all this first before you proceeding with anything else.

But I dont have GPS and compass and I finished the calibration in the mission planner.
