Best quadcopter camera for photography and fpv at the same time

hello,

I currently have a Gopro black edition that i use for FPV and photography but people don't like the "bendy" photos from the Gopro.

What is the best standard digital camera with Gopro like features that will take photos using an intervalometer and also feed the video live back to me.

We have an old canon with the CDHK hack but it doesn't send back live video - just a snap photo to my fat sharks every 10 seconds when a photo is taken. i need realtime video.

    Why not just change the aspect ratio of the gopro - there are 3 settings as I recall.  The narrowest of them has no barrel distortion at all.

    I don't own a go pro v3, but can't you replace the lens on it? I'm pretty sure a 1/2.5 IR lens will fit, something around a 2.8mm focal length should work great.
