    I've had a Driver not install before. Turns out it may have been corrupt maybe though downloading etc. had to pinch it from another computer that it was installed on.
    Try downloading the file again and re-running. Just a good place to start.

    Try right clicking on the installer file and select "run as administrator".  Could be the user you are trying to use doesn't have sufficient rights.

    the easiest way to install this is via the msi file, not the zip file!

    for me, it worked well with the msi file:)

    @Austin,

    What version of the MP are you trying to install? Have you been able to install earlier versions of the MP on your PC?

    Do you have NET. Framework 4.0 or higher installed on your PC?

    You might try and read the MP boot-up window and see what messages it is sending concerning trying to install MP.
