I have got a 3DR Hex and APM 2.5 by default the loiter radius is 5m can this be reduced ,is it a good and I so how low can it go

I did a loiter test on my new 3dr quad this weekend, in light wind, and the loiter box was less than 5m, closer to 3m.......
