When I placed my props on the motors using the prop adapters DIY drones supplies with their motors I notice they are not very precise. I know balancing props is important but these adapters are going to cause vibrations too! How bad is vibration from the props and motors? Is it going to be a problem for me?

Any imbalance in the adapters is not good. If it's bad enough, it'll cause your motor bearings to wear out pre-maturely, not to mention that there's no good way to balance your props, if the adapters are not balanced.
