Receiver brownout

Im having trouble with my receiver browning out causing RTL to initiate , my question is "Is it possible or safe to power my receiver with one of my bec's and the APM's input rail at the same time, to kind of create redundancy ?"

    my Bec is connected to input rail and APM2 and receiver getting power from it...never had Brown-out...

    It better one or the other to power the receiver. Using both will cause problems, especially if they are not exactly the same voltage out. Just use your BEC for the radio
