Yes, go to Ground Station Software, --> Configuration --> Level and hit the level button with the bord stationary and the copter leveled. Attention however to the following : Just because your board is leveled doesn't mean your copter is leveled. What I use to do is use a bubble level from motor top to motor to to see if they are all at the same level and then hit the "level" button. Because your board may be 2 or 3º on it's side or front/back tilted, and if you hit the level button with THE BOARD leveled, the quad will try to maitain those 2 or 3º in the opposite direction since it's his notion of level :) hope I made myself clear.

You can also teach new level for it by holding throttle 0, rudder full left for 20-25 seconds untill it starts to calibrate it self.
