1. when  programming a mission and doing an RTL waypoint, it will use either the rtl altitude in the flight screen for your waypoint or use the default RTL alt in the flight screen if this is enabled.
2. Now for the ch7 RTL altitude it will use the value defined in the advanced paramaters list
