I need to replace the prop adapters on my 3dr 2014 diy quad, but they currently aren't available from the 3dr site. Does anyone know where i can find some or suitable replacements? Thanks folks!

They are spec'd at 4mm, with a threaded shaft. Im sure collet is not the word I'm looking for to describe them. lol here is the link to the actual motor.
You can find them on hobbyking.com and goodluckbuy.com as well as a host of other websites. They're probably 3.17mm shafts, but worth checking they're not just 3mm. I would not recommend 3D printing a collet adapter under any circumstances. Sorry Paul.
You didn't ask but my opinion is that collet prop adapters have no business on a multi-rotor craft - Period. You should replace the motors with something with integrated prop adapters (threaded shaft) like those from sunnysky or more expensive tiger motors.
Was flying my 450frame quad a little while ago and my friend and I were very surprised to see the prop come off when 10mtr up. Even though it was done up as tight as it could be it still slipped off the motor shaft, thankfully no damage was caused but could have been messy if I wasn't over an empty field.

I totally agree with that!
