All waypoints point to home??

Hi,

I'm having a weird problem where whenever I write a set of waypoints, mission planner is setting them all as HOME in the flight data screen. I tried an older version of Mission Planner (1.3.37) and it fixed it for the first two runs then the problem started up again. Any suggestions?

    Just tried setting way points from the transmitter (channel 7) and it seems to be behaving when I do that. Not being able to set WPs from Mission Planner is still an issue though so I'll leave this discussion open.
