      Is that a bad thing? I am not too happy with the S100 right now.

      I'd be tempted to leave IS (image stabilization) enabled.  The rest of the settings look good.

    How have you set the "Focus at Infinity?" option?   Note that v3.4 of the script is available and it now automatically selects the best method for "Focus at Infinity" if it's selected.

      And the S100 should focus at infinity in any of the modes (mine does!).    So it might be focus but it might be just low shutter speed.   We also did a lot of work with someone on the CHDK IRC site where the problem came down to vibration isolation on their camera mount.  One way to check that is to hand hold the UAV and tip it over with the script running and the motors off - take a shot of something in the distance and see how the camera does?
