In 1 or 2 year I plan to return to visit Japan as a tourist.
I have some question:
1)There are in Japan some big drone festival/events?
2)How is the laws about drones in Japan? Actually I'm doing everything to became a regular Drone Pilot in Italy.
3)Someone would like to fly together when I came to Japn? I think it can be fun =P But, yes, I know, it's needed some time XD

Hondaです。バイクメーカーでそちらでも有名な名前だと思いますが、最近はサッカー選手でも有名ではないでしょうか。
私はあまりDrone Societyに属していないので私のわかる範囲の質問の答えですが。（どなたか間違っていたら指摘してください。）
１） わかりません。
2) 日本ではまだDroneの飛行に対する明確な法律は確立されていないと思います。今のところ一般的な航空法などが摘要されると思います。ただ電波法が厳しく3DRのテレメトリーやHobbyKingで販売しているFPVシステムは電波法上使用できません。この辺では日本は遅れています。
私も仕方なくテレメトリーをXbeeで組んでPixHawkの設定に悩んでいます。
3) 大阪方面にこられた時はぜひ知らせてください。楽しみです。

2.1) I have understand something about general aviation guidelines. It is right? If yes, how they works?
2.2) I have understand something about radio frequencies. What kind of radio frequencies it is not allowed in Japan?
2.3) 2.4ghz under 100mW is regular? 5.8ghz under 100mW it is also regular? And 433mhz is banned?
2.4) I have read something about Yamaha RMax RC Helicopters used in Japan Agriculture since 2010. Do you know something about it? Can you tell me something more?

Don’t worry I can’t understand italian and my English is also poor.

I don’t know exactly, but the unmand flying thing can’t fly above 300m and above 150m in the area that 10km from airport, like that kind of guideline, not so many I think.

in 2.4Ghz are permit under 10mW/Mhz(this mean around 100mW in 22Mhz <usually a RC radio transmitter use 22Mhz range in 2.4Ghz>). sorry I don’t know about 5.8ghz and 433Mhz.
Anyway the Japanese regulation permit use the radio that only government approved licensed products. that mean, If you bring radio system from italy to Japan, and if it is not Japanese government approved licensed product. you can’t use it in Japan, even it under 10mW/Mhz and frequency within regal range.
Xbee is one of a few regal licensed product that can use APM telemetry system. that's why I struggled the system recently.
Don’t you think it is too strict to enjoy drone.
most of the redio products from 3DR and HobbyKing or other abroad shopping site are can’t use in Japan regally.
so, many people break the regulation. I think.

Once I heard about the heli , that is produced in Hirobo that company is one of the big name of RC hobby heli maker.
I remember several years ago Yamaha prosecuted by government that they export the heli to China. because the law prohibited to export the thing that convert to the weapon to specific country. it’s like we couldn’t get some 3DR products in middle of this year.
the price over ¥10,000,000- (70,000Euro). I can buy Porshe but can’t Ferrari.
And it sale almost 10 or more years I think not since 2010.
