Not sure how you were powering the GoPro previously as you left out a lot of details but the USB input on GoPros is 5volt and according to the diagram you have listed it appears you had the battery directly hooked to the camera and through the analog side of the MINIMOSD which is also 12volt (unless you soldered the 2 pads which would allow the board to be powered completely via the 5v input from the APM side).
Are you able to charge the GoPro via usb through a wall wort or through USB connected to a computer?
If you have fried the input USB connector on the GoPro then you either have to use the battery in the GoPro or use this solution which uses GoPros proprietary Smartport on the back:
I would be happy to draw up a scheme of how I have my MinimOSD, GoPro, and Pixhawk setup tomorrow if you would be interested in seeing it.
I am glad that your GoPro is still able to be charged via the USB cable. I have had similar problems with my GoPro video output via the USB and my GoPro still allows charging via the USB cable as well. I heard there were issues with firmware updates, not sure. I am able to get a stable video output with MinimOSD overlay utilizing the cable I mentioned above and not have to worry about video output or 5Volt charging via the USB cable input on the GoPro.
I utilize 1 "landing" downward facing 12volt camera, 1 gopro 5volt, and minimosd on/off via a 3 way video switcher connected to my receiver that allows me to see all different views and use different cameras.
I will draw that up tomorrow if you would like to see my setup.

Dear djtrickee,
Thanf for your reply,
Yes True, i strictly respected the scheme already sended.
As you said i've just test power supply by USB cable: Looks ok and charging correctly the Camera.
If i solder both pads then, you think l'd power supply through the PixHawk Main Out?
Respectfully
Good evening (here) Channel Islands,
