Hi all.
I have mounted the minimosd with my quad and when i conect all the image apears with de message of minimosd "waiting mavlink heartbeat"
Any idea of why that can happen?

Sounds like APM is not sending the mavlink data - check to ensure you've set all the correct parameters for minimosd to work, check that the correct signal wire is going to the OSD.
Try to connect on telemetry - if the OSD screen appears then, you need to recheck the APM parameters for OSD.
