There are only two options:
SD Card or Pixhawk....
Take a new slow formatted SD card .... If this doesnt help ...Flash Pix with another firmware (Rover, Plane, e.g.) an then back to Copter e.g.
In second case, don´t forget to backup your config before flashing to restore it afterwards.
Only mag calibration must be done again.
