I cannot arm my pixhawk. I have run through the wizard several times. When I calibrate the radio, I see movement on all 8 channels. MY pixhawk is consistently double blinking yellow and the io amber is blinking very fast and the blue is blinking as well. When I push the throttle low and right, the pixhawk makes a 2 tone noise. I kept getting inconsistent compasses as well, so I disabled the 2nd compass in mission planner. I'm using a Taranis and X8R as tx/rx. Let me know what more I can provide to solve this.

I looked over my profile settings in taranis and saw that the inputs were set to 50%. I changed that to 100% and now I can spin the motors!
I'm using mission planner 1.3.44 and APM:Copter V3.4.5. I disabled the pre arm check and I can get it armed with my taranis (thr, down and right). The big button is green but I can't get the motors to spin.

What version firmware do you use ?
Try to play with arming parameter. you can try to set arming check to 0 to do arm.
