I like to start with a new project “lake navigation with electrical motor boat”.
Do you guys try that? Can I expect for good navigation results with the APM2?

no, we havent tried it yet. Project is slowly moving forward, mainly focussing on sail-powered. For electric powered, i would look at the ardurover-coder.
