Video streaming using UVC device

    Ah ............ forgot to say that I'm not using the newer Mission Maker because I got an "Parse Error"

    You can still find the Tower and Tower beta as an .apk file for downloading and install.

    The Mission Maker looks similar :)

    I solved the problem with a tablet from "Flysight"

    This nice device is with HDMI in and HDMI out. I run Tower and with an switch I connect or disconnect the 5.8GHz Video and have the real time image on the screen with the Tower voice in the background informing the parameters (height, battery, etc)

    Both antennas and Rx connected at the same time.

    Noted Tower disappears from Google play. Have briefly tried Mission Maker.

    Tower was stopped developing some time ago now, try with Mission Maker, its a remake, if you have better luck.

    Any luck to get the video streaming to your tablet ? Over a year ago, I was successful to stream a video to my tablet without using USB OTG hub, so I was not able to connect the telemetry radio at the same time. But now I forgot what I did to succeed in the streaming.See attached my UVC receiver connecting to the Android cellphone running Tower V4.0. I set up all according to the Wiki (Video streaming using UVC device), such as UDP, check "UVC video" and decheck  "Solo video" . But when I connect the UVC receiver to the cellphone, and then open Tower, the app keeps on stopping and close. I just can't remember what I did a year ago.

    Let me know if you make any progress.

    Any luck to get the video streaming to your tablet ? Over a year ago, I was successful to stream a video to my tablet without using USB OTG hub, so I was not able to connect the telemetry radio at the same time.     This is a cool feature.

    But I'm wondering if that only works for the 3DR SOLO ???

    I tried to get video on the Tower App (v.4.0) but when I connect the telemetry (433MHz)

    over the OTG USB hub, the Tower App shuts down (disconnect) every time)

    Also the UVC dongle does not show the green led 'on'.

    I looked in the settings, have UDP enabled (5700 serverport) and also UCV enabled.

    Could somebody who had success already enlighten me please or direct me to where I can educate myself? :)

    And the Telemetry module should word with the USB OTG HUB ;-)
