Can a hawk be flashed via SPI

I have a hawk with a bad usb bus. Neither the onboard nor the external USB ports work and it came with 3.3-Dev installed on it. Can I flash the latest firmware via SPI and a USBAsp?

What side of the GPS is the mag chip soldered? Is it soldered on top of the board or on the bottom of the board?

3DR Radio stuck in bootloader mode

I'm really hoping somebody can help me out here.

I just got a set of 3DR Radios, the older style where the air unit has 5 pins and the ground unit has the huge antenna. It came with 1.7 sik on both so I proceeded to update the SiK on them.
