Flir One on a drone without a cell phone

I own a FLIR One camera that operates with an app on an android phone (The FLIR One app).

What I WANT to do is modify this camera so that I can mount it on my drone without sending the cell phone up with it. In other words, I just want a direct video

In February 2019 I want to demo how thermal imaging can be done for search and rescue. All I have available is a FLIR One camera, a drone, a gimbal, a Raspberry Pi, and a wireless 5.8GHz transmitter and receiver.
