I have recently been awarded a British Academy/ Leverhulme small grant for the study of users' and developers' perspectives on drones usage. Drones are an important social phenomenon. They can provide a wealth of visual opportunities but can also cause concern due to existing unclear regulation. So far, not enough attention has been given to what people think about drone usage. I am looking for participants to interview and I wonder whether my 'call for participants' could be posted on this platform. Users' participation in this study will be very helpful in understanding how to mitigate the risks and maximize the opportunities that drones afford. Main outputs of this research will be two articles published on academic journals. Looking forward to receive your response.
