I'm a kind of jack of all trades renaissance man type and I have my hands in all kinds of crazy things at any given time. I'm a big sci fi and fantasy fan...used to be a hardcore gamer type but alas no longer have time.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

A couple of years ago my brother called me and asked if I wanted to do a shared hex build with him - me providing the technical side and him providing the money :) And that's what we did. I worked and researched and built it, hooked it up and configured it, and flew the horrible maiden flight - breaking only a landing skid :) We grew up with RC planes that our dad built for years (plans, glue, balsa etc., gas engines) so we've been around RC for decades. Right now, we're into copters, big time.
