Pixhawk/Dragonlink bad servo twitch

Hello all, I was just wondering what's going on with my setup.  I'm using a Dragonlink ver. 2 Tx and Rx.  PPM output channel 12 to the pixhawk and in manual mode, the servos are very erratic and twitching violently.  I am quite perplexed... Any idea
