I am a Postgraduate Researcher at loughborough university in the UK. I work in the department of aernouatical and automotive engineering. Have been flying model aircraft for about 3 years and like both fixed and rotery wing aircraft.

My PhD is on UAV forced landings in clivian airspace, so to demonstrate this I need a robust relable autopilot system to interact with externally. Be it sending it commands over XBee or an onborad enbedded system.

Did not consider brownout, will have to monitor that. Although if that is a problem i will just stick another power source on it, still got plenty of payload.
