The creation of the KMZ-files from onboard logs is solved in Mission Planner 1.2.50.
Thanks to Michael Oborne and Co for solving this.

They are all empty since arduplane 2.72

I verified the log-files and found something strange.
All the ATT commands in the logging have a trailing comma:

and browsed through commands_logic.pde
If we look at the tlog file, we see the following after WP5 is reached:
First the WP7 is executed (rtl) and then WP6 (do_jump) is executed.
