Might anyone be working on automating this or has anyone done it manually?
The idea is to be able to plan a mission that flies along the centerline (more or less) of a canyon, while keeping the camera pointed at the wall of the canyon.
so, I'm an archaeologist by trade, and we're (generally speaking) sort of technology bottom-feeders, so my apologies for the lack of familiarity with what seems like should be a straightforward situation.
Alternately, I know the E384 basically does what I'm looking for, but I have an IRIS+ with a Pixhawk I'm quite happy with, but it's unclear to me if the APM in the E384 is really a significant difference.
