soo i came across a couple of apm clones with bad diodes. very large voltage drop as soon as any load (receiver, gps, osd) was attached. resulting voltage around 4.5v. causing osd to shut down and or be very unstable.…"

"Same thing happened to me after accepting the update prompt. Empty drop down menues. Descriptions missing. I then uninstalled MP and downloaded the latest version from ardupilot. Fresh install. Everything works now :) Win xp"
