Right - the upper prop is snug against the lower motor casing. The shaft of the upper motor passes through the hollow core of the lower motor, and the lower prop is attached to that shaft via a standard collet.
I've actually switched back to the CR2816 motors that are shown in your link. With those motors, the upper prop has a couple holes that take set screws attaching the prop to the lower motor case.
