Doesn't the suspension of the board play hell with your gyro at high acceleration. I would think it would cause erroneous oscillation as the force of acceleration was transferred to the suspending rubber?
I myself am trying to figure a way put this F450 together with APM2.5 and DJI hardware.

Oh where did you put the battery? Under the bottom frame? doesn't that foul your landing?
