Actually, one of my friends is an author of the design. It's not "plane-for-sale", the developer gave just an idea and built a few planes for tests. However, many people already built the plane by themselves.
But unfortunately, it has only russian version. I think, you can either use browser translator or just see photos (there are many photos and short build logs from users).

About size, it's 1300mm wingspan. Airfoil is MH32. Here is a sketch, I hope it will be helpful.
