You can certainly make it work on pocket pc. There are also plenty of device emulators available for visual studio. From memory I think the pocket pc device emulator is included with the .net compact framework (not the micro framework). I will be very interested to hear what you get working.

My ground station won't be that good because I am short of time and not too hot at this stuff. If anyone creates a .net micro framework ground station for any .net micro device I will be keen to test it on my board.
