Sad to hear that has low efficiency, it looks really nice. I use 3 blade props, almost alll my planes are pusher, and prop diameter is critical in that kind of planes, so I liked the 4 blade setup. but there is not too much to choose from. APC has a great price/quality relation. Thanks
its a prop from German manufacturer Ramoser. I don't use it anymore due to low efficiency. APC is much better and costs about a tenth! It is really quite (especially as tractor prop) - thats the only good thing!

you can use small diameter and more than 4 blade setup.so it gets high efficiency
