This is what the retired Big-Ftwing turned into. Flys Great!
This one has a 38.5" wing span and uses a Turnigy D2830/11 1000kv motor. For the electronics, the RC Receiver is a Hawk Eye 6ch with OpenLRS-ng firmwware, a mini-osd and gps from Hobby King re-programmed using cl-osd software. The video transmitter is a Fat Shark on 5.8Ghz with an output of 250 mW. It also has a nose mount for a Go Pro Hero and flight camera. Not bad for a couple of sheets of foam board.
