Quite good results checking the vibration isolation of the APM in my TBS Disco. I use four Alpha Gel Chips (15x15x10; http://docs-europe.electrocomponents.com/webdocs/0b52/0900766b80b52933.pdf) plus four pieces of velco between the Alpha Gel and the frame.
