eBay ones seem to have old linear regulator that might burn so I would stay away from those as there are some serious heating problems with them. You can easily differentiate between new and old designs. Old have only one small chip next to Video connectors, new have same area fully covered with dc/dc switching regulator parts. They also say MinimOSD v0.1 which is wrong.
