cool. I've actually been considering the same thing myself for better visibility and orientation at distance.
I am kind of old school... i only hover into the wind.. haha... Its there for me to see of course..
But I have slid around at high speed before and it dampens yaw a tad... Hardly noticable.
is that a tail fin? How badly does it affect yaw stability in wind when hovering?
