This quad was built with a spirit to live, it has survived so many catastrophies and near losses it may end up in a glass case to finally preserve it. To name a few incidents, it has been carried kilometers out to sea by a freak storm front, but returned after many minutes pegged at full throttle and full tilt to finally land, battery expired only meters from the waters edge, It suffered a battery fire at high altitude and crashed itself into the only soft bush to be seen without even breaking a prop (note the still visible scorching near the battery), It was ditched after a video tx failure where it landed unscathed only metres from a dam, It has lost failsafe and stabilisation over a broad river due to telemetry doppler, but avoided drowning by some unknown, It has survived a bearing failure in one motor, again over water, It had a canopy disintegrate during high speed testing without crashing, It has been attacked and struck many times by birds but somehow never broken a prop after contact, and several other similar near losses, mainly weather related. Our location suffers some extreme weather and wind changes can easily catch you out.
